Shit. If I knew dressing up as a cross betwen Cthulhu and Elmo would get me hot babes, too, I’d've made a plush Cthulhu-head mask looooooooooooooooong before now.

on a side note, I went to the Renaissance festival south of Denver, and there was a contingent of 501st Legion troopers…. in kilts. nice guys tho.

Military dudes are probably Stargate SG1/Atlantis people. Until last year at Dragon*Con I didn’t know that wearing military uniforms with Sci-Fi patches counted as a “costume” but apparently it does.
