A look at his deviantart page suggests that he was already pretty far gone.

It looks like a re-imagining of the creature from Spirited Away, just with Ron McD. Awesome!

Thing is, no-face is somewhat cute when it’s not voraciously trying to gobble up the world. Ronald is terrifying always.

i wonder if in this world that this monstrosity is in there are not other such forms of evil, such as the burger king, rosie o’donald, or the bush.
