Even disregarding the obvious thing wrong with this cover, I have to wonder who this was supposed to entice into shelling out fifteen hard-earned cents for it. This magazine looks horribly dull, doubly so when you consider this is the Jan - March issue (four issues a year and this is the best they could do??).
