Looks like a more steampunky version of the fishwalker from Futurama. “Wormstrom!”

Holy crap, that’s astonishingly similar to a watercolor painting I did a few months ago, with cephalopods as the air-world explorers. I’ve never seen the Futurama episode quoted though.
