Cthulhu Cthursday: Cthulhu Monsters

Part of me feels that the title should read S. Petersen’s Field Guide to Cthulhu Monsters!!! as the exuberant enthusiasm that the phrase “Cthulhu Monsters” evokes is deserving of the additional punctuation.

Jesus Christ is there a reason it’s so expensive?

Wow. I had no idea that my copy was worth that much. Cool.

Wow, this really makes me wish I had taken my friend’s copy when he offered it. In the foolish days of the early 90’s I thought I would just get my own.
The best part was how every entry came with a scale comparison of how a human fit next to the creature being listed.

I have the Creatures of the Dreamlands book. The artwork is stunning. I also didn’t know it was worth that much.
