Noise du Jour’s Monster Mash: “Move Your Dead Bones” by Dr. Reanimator
Posted by Eliza Gauger
Reanimator II, which I have not seen, apparently made a bid for a top single with this jaw-dropping work of pop-musical genius. I blame Stickypig for this. Why couldn’t he have just rickrolled me, like fucking Christ intended?
This week on Noise du Jour is all about monsters, horror, and spookiness. A little post-Halloween nepenthe as we travel through holiday hell.

Oh Eliza,
You have no idea the points you have just scored for me with my girl. Who knew that the reinforcement of love was part of Ectoplasmosis’ mission statement?

That guy sounds kind of familiar, but I can’t decide if it’s because I recognize him from somewhere or just that he has a pretty generic voice.
Google isn’t helping.

There is no such movie as Re-Animator II. It is Bride of Re-Animator, pleb. And this is from the absolutely awful Beyond Re-Animator, and perhaps the film’s only saving grace.

I wonder if you all here in ectomo land would still like this if you had seen the horrible furry flash video for it. Sh.t’s been floating around the net for at least a year or so. It’s not dirty or anything, just… well… poorly done and vaguely disturbing.
Oh, look. It’s your lucky day! Here’s a link!
