A Talk By Maximilian Villivankk

Posted by Ross Rosenberg

Everyone is, no doubt, well aware of just how important an award is in advertising but the full weight of such an honor may not be entirely apparent. Maximilian Villivankk is here to correct that oversight, because Maximilian Villivankk understands awards in a way that you never could. He is privy to the many hidden facets of the award-winner’s lifestyle. Facets that include sexy friends, bow-ties, and gold Speedos. Truly an illuminating lecture. All brought to you by director Jim Hosking in the grand tradition of David Lynch.

8 COMMENTS ARE NOT ENOUGH

The word ‘bizarre’ is not adequate to describe this video. I am unsure what word would work. I think, perhaps, that a new word needs to be invented to capture all the nuances of the bizarre weirdness that is this video. I would propose ‘thwonk’, but I’ve already used that in another context.

This is perfect in every way.

@david: I suppose a composition of both bizarre and demented could suffice, maybe ‘bizmentia’?

Whatever the word, this video not only leaves me speechless but breathless as well.

Maybe we should just call it “bizmentless” because I too am at a loss for words.

This is thrombutastulactic, and furthermore leaves me britless.

Seriously, that is the most delightfully bizarre thing I have seen… well, since I watched Eraserhead.

    I’m, uh… I’m a little bit afraid now.

That was amazing. Like a perfect carnival display of freakish terrors, it begins so mundanely and slowly transforms into a screeching, cooing orgy of the bizarre and obscene.

Okay– let’s get our heads straight. Why did this seem bizarre to you? It’s because the fakeness of the artificial culture we live in has prevented you from recognizing that this is what real people look like. These are real, ordinary people, the kind you see every day. Yet they seem bizarre to you because ALL YOU SEE IN YOUR MOVIES AND TV IS ACTORS AND ACTRESSES, people born with outstanding good looks which you think is ‘real.’ The truth? YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH!

Better than the Jim Rose Circus Sideshow.
