Noise du Jour: “Cup Of Brown Joy” by Elemental

Posted by Qais Fulton

British emcee Elemental busts a fresh flow on the subject of Ectomo’s preferred beverage: delicious, delicious tea. We at EctoCorp support this bold new direction for rap music and advocate the adoption of tea as the favored subject of choice for “sick rhymes” in lieu of the woefully oft’ preferred bitches, hos, and the pimping there of. Pith helmets, while optional, are highly recommended.

why the hell are songs such as this not widely accepted by the general public as the wonder angel cake that it truly is. instead we get fruitcakes like justin timberlake and britney spears who go stale and moldy yet still apear again the next year.

This is incredibly awesome. Genius. And I firmly second his rejection of herbal tea. Fuck herbal tea.

On a thematic note we have Per Vers ode to coffee, called black power (it’s in danish so most of the internets will be lost).

It warms my heart to know there are other mono -teaists out there. I worship at UptonTea.com, but I am open to other sources. Except Celestial Seasonings.
