Not sure if this has been mentioned here or not, but there’s a really fantastic comic book called Five Fists of Science, involving a fictitious fight between Nikola Tesla, Mark Twain, Marconi, Edison, and Carnegie. Oh yeah, and they try to summon Cthulhu.

I too have a moustache, and I’m called Gary. And I have a t-shirt with Gary and a moustache on it. Check it here:

Dammit Anon, I was going to pimp the Five Fists but you beat me to it. I second the recommendation wholeheartedly, and offer some scans from the book to whet your appetite further.

I’d love to have a larger version of this. That would be the coolest desktop wallpaper EVER.

[...] Twain & Tesla: when famous moustaches meet in the lab. No, really — it’s not a Doctor Who outtake. (Thanks, Titivil.) [...]

There’s another book about Twain and Tesla coming out called The Invention of Everything Else. It’s not available yet but there are early review copies for sale on amazon. Looks great.
