As Eliza discovered to her peril in Japan, wandering the leafy streets of Tokyo’s parks at night can make one prey to all sorts of improbable perverts, not least of whom is the insane anthropomorphical equine who jumps out of the bushes and, brandishing his monstrous erection at you, madly screams “Pony! PONY! PONNNNYYYYYYYYYYY! at you as he chases you back to your hotel.

Aww, it’s not even the whole scene.
He ends up giving her a really nice ponytail. Hence the “pony” fetish. No erections involved (at least, any that they show.)

That’s from a mini-series based on FMP called Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu. It’s actually much better than the FMP series itself.

The series creator has a ponytail fetish of sorts. The same person also created Haruhi and Lucky Star, and has left his ponytail stamp on both of those series as well.
