The trials of the modern Flickr user: CC license discarded by a porn huckster like a sticky used kleenex, picture appropriated as a porn cover. Better: she’s fourteen. Oops!

The article denouncing it is poorly written, offers one whois and then some sort of vague mumblings. I’ve never sent her any type of money, or anything, nor do I know her. But… she’s been on deviantart since 2004. It seems to me this scam was a long time brewing then, eh? Not only that, I can’t find her pictures anywhere else on the net. They seem to be original works.
Just saying…

Certainly it’s an interesting debate. I looked at her Flickr page and couldn’t tell one way or the other. I only suggested that it might not be entirely on the level. I first read it here: http://www.jmcolberg.com/weblog/archives/002763.html and had never heard of her.
